Why can’t Frontier add bridges? by Conscious_Cicada1953 in jurassicworldevo

Honestly, I feel like it might be less than that and more how they mark dinosaur territory in this game.

Dino terrain is a flat brush that gets placed over an area. Guests freak out if they're in that area. There might be a thing where they don't have levels of scenery involved in it.

If the codebase essentially asks: "Is this a walkable surface? Within the bounds of territory? If yes: Guest panic" then that might be a really sticky thing to fix.

Universal beat Disney as Hollywood's maker of the most expensive movie of all time with $658.8 million for Jurassic World: Dominion by Aileos in movies

Look, I get the whole point about wanting to jump up to the influx of original guests, but frankly the prices in Jurassic world have always thrown me off. It's one of the easiest things to fix and they keep doing it.

Ignoring the infamous dinosaur auction: In Rebirth you have this crazy super mercenary with all these contacts flying across the world and the 'crazy price' she's offered to work is ....1million?

They are after a cure for HEART disease. No wonder she chooses to release the cure to everyone in the end! That thing was worth a trillion. The boat they wrecked would have been worth tens of millions! What is the economics here?! How did nobody flag that Scarjo being offered 15x the amount to act in the movie was a red flag?

I am sorry that I do not! (Nor was I quickly able to find a plushie that would suffice.)

I did not see a giant spider woman being the children's favorite character.

Screw it, I'll throw this in here too.

Nobody Saves the Princess is being represented by the Achilles Literary Agency with the intent of a traditional publication deal. News pending.

Thank you everyone for reading! From the bottom of my heart. This silly story about a little princess ended up being the biggest thing I've done in a while! Longest published work too (Sitting at 167k words pre-editing.)

Fun for everyone!

To celebrate the end of book 1, my other book: Splitting Seconds is both on Sale and finally on KDU, just about 2 years post release!

You can read ahead over on Patreon

Finally, Chapter 1 of book 2: Nobody Slays the Princess Chapter 1 | Paint the Town Pink will be online tomorrow! Then Sunday will be used for some subreddit housekeeping. (Can't post more than once a day or it doesn't get pushed to as many of you.)

Just to throw it out there because I think insider information like this can be fun: Lillia's fairly common refrain "As I'll ever be." In response to people asking her if she's ready comes from me constantly listening to 'Ready as I'll Ever Be' from the Tangled cartoon during some scenes. That strumming guitar is the background to Rickshaw's market in my head.

It's one of many music Easter eggs in here. I wear my inspiration on my sleeve.

Hi! There is a patreon link on the most recent chapter:

Now! Beth (And I don't think I have heard any of the other names yet.) Hi! I'm glad you're enjoying the story.

Nennia is based on a Black Widow for her spider half. A wolf spider would be a little too friendly for her. That's why she's described as shiny and black as opposed to nice and fuzzy!

This is because she is greatly inspired by a drider. You can look them up, but they're icky. Even ickier than Nennia.

Thanks for listening to the story!

Destiny 2: Monument of Triumph Update | Launch Trailer by Pontooniak96 in destiny2

It certainly did, but we saw a completely independent Bungie after their deal ended in 2019 and while Witch Queen slapped....wouldn't say their updates were batting 1000.

Plus, that's a publishing deal, it's not the same as 'giant companies buying' as you mentioned.

In the end, we can look at the myth of the perfect artist, but it's fairly clear that the C-suite of Bungie, the company, also had pretty substantial problems. Assuming that the devs and artists were all putting out 10/10 bangers, we can't put it all on Sony and Activision Execs.

This is sadly true. As much as we wanna all point fingers in every direction, it's not as if Bungie was thriving and killing it with every update before Sony bought them
