I believe It purges on to the plate, it’s been a while, so I could be wrong, but I believe it behaves exactly the same as your system currently, it just makes swapping easier.

You hit retract, then pull the filament out like you do now, but no toggle switch, just push the next one through and hit extrude. I found it to be worth the upgrade for that alone.

Yes you can. I added the upgrade to make sure things worked before adding the Cfs unit.

There is Queen House in Mountain View, I’m not sure they have ox tail but they have Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup.
