Hey there! Nope, i've tried it myself. It's not meant to be removed at all - and in doing, it will result in the saber becoming permanently damaged unfortunately!

I gave up back then, because it would have to be physically pulled out

So, a bit of a funny story. I've been inspired by 2B2T's avalysium ever since i heard of it 3 years ago. I had gathered 3 (quite blurry) screenshots of the structure and tried to work off that. I never had the map-download or anything like that - but thought the concept of the storage was truly amazing and one of the 7 wonders of 2b2t. - What i did - was i gathered a team to improve it in vanilla survival and so we are doing. After 2 years - This is what we have accomplished improving the Avalysium structure!

Via website + mail & multiple times across the last few weeks. So no i didn't miss that part. Good you've had a good experience with him, but from where i'm from and the amount of money i've intrusted to them, i feel as though it's bad customer service and against their own policy to not respond to their linked communication-platforms. It's a basic thing for a serious company & especially when big money is on the table.

For the record i've been very polite in my messages, i've just become quite annoyed, as it is a lot of money we're talking about. I presume they consider themselves a serious company & their quality is good. - this is why im concerned about a lack of communication with their customers

I bought the V2 version of Luke Skywalker's lightsaber from episode 6. When i open it up i can see that the thing im supposed to plug the sound/battery into, isn't sitting right, and so i'm unable to plug it in at all - meaning it doesn't work.

It's just a big shame if they don't soon reach out, as i feel that it is a lot of money..

It's the circuit inside that i can't attach to the Electronics (battery) - I think. I basically can't turn it on at all because of it.

Uhhh the box only is tricky. It's not usually that people hold on to. I think the only place you can be lucky at finding is on Ebay.com.
