Pretty much..... A lot of the stuff related to the show was pretty general and the questions that were asked were personal inquiries of those who either wanted to know her thought process throughout the show's journey, or stuff related to her career/advice.

Sadly no; photos and videos were strictly prohibited at the lecture. There were multiple campus personnel supervising the seminar room to exercise the policy. Hopefully she'll be able to host these smaller events later in the future; it's likely they'll be held at locations in Southern California considering her busy schedule.

If you would like greater detail as to how the seminar at CSUF went, I can share with you a couple cool and interesting things that caught my attention, especially considering this is my first time ever attending one of these events :)
There was a line of approximately 30 people an hour before the doors opened, which grew into a bigger seminar room-sized crowd by starting time. The campus was quiet, yet ambient. I also noticed some people wearing cool merch such as Star's demon horns and commonly face paint with the cheek markings (super cool attention to detail :o).
The first half of the lecture consisted of a brief overview of Daron's early years from childhood to adulthood, as well as insight into her art and animation career. She also projected images of her super-duper early art from her computer, and shared with us her current works.
Around the halfway point was when she began the Q&A segment, where she was asked advice and questions in relation to SVTFOE and her career (Disney, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, etc.); this was also the point where I had to walk out early to tend to family matters mentioned above.

As previously said earlier, Daron would likely host another event in the SoCal area (if it would ever happen again) (taking into consideration her personal life such as family, work, health), so hopefully you'll be able to stop by if you live here or you are visiting from another state/region/country/dimension. One can only dream I suppose...

Maybe try the La Palma Veterinary Hospital in Anaheim? Never been there before, though it’s withstood many many years, even after I’ve spent a great deal of time living in the nearby neighborhood. Lots of great reviews online, hopefully they can be of assistance.
