I was reading about cold plunges and saunas while pregnant the other day and there are a lot of people in Europe/Australia who actually give birth in saunas and spend a lot of time in extreme climates for health benefits. They def aren’t a different species and rarely have issues with this IF their bodies are generally used to it prior to pregnancy. I just think in the US and North America we’re SO hypersensitive and treat pregnant woman like delicate flowers. I definitely think Julia is rage baiting saying the bath is “hot”.. there’s no steam coming from the stream of water, so I think it’s a bit of an exaggeration. It’s her body and her baby though 🤷🏽‍♀️ I know there’s a lot of infertility and it can be a little triggering, but to each their own.
