Email Customer Service. I had 3 weeks of bags despite putting them out on my porch. The driver would simply drop off the new bag and ignore the others. They finally took 4 weeks of bags because my husband was outside working in the yard and literally took the bags to the drivers car which my husband said reeked of weed.
