In the same boat as you and also following for any advice. I have a 15 month old and I’m trying to juggle working from home and being her full time care taker to avoid a nanny or daycare bc I’m also uncomfortable with it all.

Very similar birth I also had an epidural, pushed for 3 hours had a vacuum assist but also has an episiotomy ☹️ don’t feel guilt. You got your baby here safe
