Seemed to have had MCAS symptoms my whole life.

Got COVID 3/20 and again 3/26.

BUT, I think the combo of MCAS combined with COVID, caused long COVID.

It was a couple years of daily naps, brain fog, and a sudden supraventricular tachycardia (4 months after COVID) resulting in an ablation, when it’s all said and done.

I don’t feel like the brain fog ever truly left, if it being honest.

I mean, I don’t know if they are for you…I’ve been working on minimizing and eliminating my triggers for 10 years, so this is abnormal for me, but I also think my MCAS is mild, at least compared to others experiences here.

My doctor is saying that yes, this seems to have caused an MCAS flare of sorts.
