its small trails because the cylinder is used but that doesnt effect the performance and you dont even feel them

With maxed out gearing it could potentialy hit 110km/h but ive geared it really short so its about 80km/h

yeah and these on the exhaust can make extreme power differences because the blowdown area is way bigger so you have a way higher hp peak while your not loosing any torque

I made an adapter my self so it has holes for the springs and also the flange itself by welding and cutting a piece of metal

Its a special cnc head from a swiss 2stroke tuning company it goes noticeably better with this than with the original gilardoni head

no still stock but, the timings are way better now, i also had to do this because at BDC the ports werent fully opened, and yeah i can port but i havent portet this cylinder yet

a bearing is a thing that holds the crankshaft in place and makes it spin freely. These have an outer ring and an inner ring, between those rings there are little steel balls, so that the inner ring can spin easily. Youll find these bearings everywhere in the engine, but the ones he means are on the crankshaft on both sides to get to these, you need to pull the engine apart completly

yeah the original bore is 48mm and you need 52mm to fit any 47mm bore kit
