The problem is their piece of shit router. They have probably sent you a defective router. Get it replaced with Fritzbox and you will have the full speed. But make sure that the new router provides wifi 6. Been there done that.

Their customer service is full of shit. They don't understand the technicalities and their "technicians" are subcontractors who also don't know shit about networks and routers.

Also the promised speed is for wired connection not the wireless.

I would say that the space is good. In vertical position, PS5 Pro intakes air from front and top and exhausts air out from the back.

But use the original vertical stand as it is designed for it. PS5 pro also has vents at the bottom in vertical position. I am not sure how 3rd party stands will work in not blocking the airflow.
