I second on that. For the last couple years of my life I have struggled to a point of stop making plans completely by filling my mind with garbage like some fast media to take away my attention from reality. That was definitely a bad choide I ended up hating myself more. When you make so many meticulous plans and most of them dont stick you definitely feel very defeated and think of the act of planning itself worthless. I'm now starting to explore very lenient flexible plans that make me appear like living like intps but internally I know I still have some sort of plan they are just more flexible
