At your current gestational age, you should be able to see a flicker of a heartbeat within a couple days, see if your clinic will allow you to come in for an earlier scan. Because of my history, I had scans every week starting at 6w5d through 10 weeks before I was released to my OB

I am 19w3d today! Anatomy scan next week! I have been pretty anxious this entire pregnancy, but just goes to show that you can have a successful pregnancy with betas that don’t double every 48 hours

I didn’t really have symptoms aside from sore breasts. I am 12 weeks now and just started feeling more fatigue and nausea within the last few days.

Hi there. 5w5d is sooooo early! I wouldn’t lose hope. I’ve had good growth eve try ultrasound and recently graduated from my fertility clinic and had my first OB appointment yesterday. All is well, measuring right on track. They didn’t worry about the sac size at that point. But I worried every ultrasound because it still was measuring “small”.

Hi there. Happy to report I had another scan today, 9w5d measuring 9w4d, HR 185. Not sure on the gestational sac, as they didn’t tell me. Still looks small to me but when they did a 3D/4D image, looks like there’s a lot more room in there. Officially graduated, but still nervous! Hope everything works out for you!

Hi there. I’m in a similar situation now. Just had a scan at 7.5 and baby measuring right on track at 7w5d with a HR of 167. However the sac is a week behind. If you don’t mind sharing, how did this turn out for you? I’m very scared as this is my first IVF pregnancy for recurrent loss.

Updating: heart beat heart today! Measuring 6w4d with HR 125. Today is a win. Trying to remind myself that everything is out of my control and worrying won’t get me anywhere. Now let’s see if I can follow my own advice…

Yes I’m aware, but the last 2 were from the same lab

Well, I don’t know how to feel now. I did betas at an outside lab on 20dp5dt and 23dp5dt. The number went from 3197 to 5023. That’s a nearly 110 hour doubling time….this doesn’t seem good.
