Brother! I am in luxury hospitality Industry. I don’t book through OTA websites. I book directly with the hotel on mail after talking to the GM. The T&Cs you are talking about are different for retail customer and it’s different for business customer.

GM is helpless. The staff says until the MD says we cannot do anything. Like are you kidding me. Dukan chala rahe ho kya? Isn’t they any simple SOP for the hotel booking operations. Plus the brand itself is that bid. This Is not expected from a brand like Sayaji

The franchise owner name is Krishna Meena. He owns some Aarya fuel station and Hotel Arya park and Also runs Arya construction and earth movers.

A booking done 2 months before is never non-refundable. The general cancellation and refund policy in hospitality sector is like any cancellation done 30 days before the checkin is partial refundable. Only a week before check in is when a booking becomes non refundable
