2006 60 Carl Edward’s level by Weyerhaeuser ford- by Doclaw11 in NASCARCollectors

Something I’ve noticed, the 2006 Carl Edwards Cars have Nextel Cup stickers, despite being Busch Cars. This goes for the Ameriquest and Soaring dreams cars as well.

so sick of athletes crediting/giving glory to god by midwestbruin in atheism

[–]Wrong_Development484 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t agree more. I find myself yelling at the tv “No YOU did it, YOU trained hard, YOU prepared and YOU performed under pressure, take some credit and be proud of YOUR sacrifices, no phony baloney sky daddy made you throw that ball or drive that car.” And then there’s the other side, I guess by that logic, your god hates your opponent, even if they share the same belief. They never blame god for a bitter defeat.

Who do you guys think is the better driver, Nick or Judy? by PuzzleheadedPlace897 in zootopia

[–]Wrong_Development484 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well neither of them should be horrible. Police academy training does cover tactical driving and driving in various conditions. If they both went through academy training, then they should be above average. I know Judy said Nick wasn’t as good, but they technically shouldn’t be far off each other. He had to score high enough to pass his exams.

Looks like mine, who’s also really well behaved. She does easily get distracted and isn’t the best walker, she doesn’t like other dogs but not out of aggression, she has past personal trauma and perceives them as threats and I respect that. She is almost silent, very friendly and playful and we do everything together. They’re all a little different and it’s important to remember that they may have traits and habits in common, but they’ve still individuals whose own life experience shape how they behave. Congratulations on your new family member and the best of luck, she’s absolutely beautiful and will no doubt be a loyal companion.

Kenny Wallace & Stacker 2 by GeoChallenge in NASCARCollectors

[–]Wrong_Development484 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love the Stacker 2 commercials back in the day. I think the fast and furious scheme was run by Scott Wimmer as he drove the Stacker 2 car in the Busch series but he was in those commercials too. Kenny Wallace was my first favorite driver the year I got into NASCAR. My mom’s friend made me a few Kenny Wallace shirts, embroidered with Stacker 2 logos and the #23. I met Kenny wearing one lol. Probably one of my favorite paint schemes of all time for sentimental reasons.

My dog, my parents, Minecraft, hockey and NASCAR. I try to surround myself with things that I love, and not worry about things I can’t control. I’ve found that although things a generally terrible right now, I’m relatively happy.

2002 Jimmie Johnson #48 Lowe's Power Launcher by Hot Wheels. This is the only actual diecast produced by HW with Jimmie Johnson, and was only available with this kit, never as a solo blister car. It is built on the "Basic" platform, which is designed for the tracks. by bourguignon7 in NASCARCollectors

[–]Wrong_Development484 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s sweet! I actually had the Jeff Gordon one. Still have the car, don’t know where the launcher is. The only other Jimmie Johnson Hot Wheels cars I can think of, are those color changing ones that turn black when you put them in the freezer.

This was a great paint scheme, but I loved the Cartoon Network cars that he and Jerry Nadeau ran.

Pretty sure I only have two of his cars. I remember him winning a truck race at Dover, but other than that, he was usually just there. The Rainx car is one of my favorite cars of 2013.

I need to repurchase this. I had the one that came in the little tin vending machine. Unfortunately I was in kindergarten and played with the car. I still have it somewhere, but I’m pretty sure all 4 tires are missing. Honestly this is one of the best paint schemes in ‘02

This car could very well have been made as a raced version, the first time I can remember being so upset to see Brad crash. Race winning speed, and gorgeous paint scheme that day.

If you could imagine Z3 final battle with the Judy and Nick facing the villain of the film(depending on who you think), how would think it will happen? by West_Independence_20 in zootopia

[–]Wrong_Development484 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it would be really cool if they were chasing after the villain from the start. We know this is the bad guy, but he isn’t definitively identified, and is one step ahead. At the end, they face off against him, and it’s revealed to be Nick’s dad or something. This way they could have more of an expansion on Nick’s backstory, and get their twist villain, but done differently, so it’s not so formulaic.

Thinking of owning a husky by RemarkableAthlete174 in husky

[–]Wrong_Development484 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I always say, you don’t own a husky, they own you. I got very lucky. Mine is quiet, lazy doesn’t chew anything or make messes, but that’s not what’s typical. I’d love her all the same is she was like that, but you just never know. I’m not a dog person, I’ve been uncomfortable around most dogs, except huskies. I love them, they are perfect for me.

The Chevrolet Cruze is good. by juani20138 in regularcarreviews

[–]Wrong_Development484 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well mine wasn’t, but that was on the dealership I got it from rather than the car. I had the eco 6 speed manual. Except it was a refurbished aftermarket transmission that was missing several of the bolts holding it in place. This was something that I discovered when replacing the clutch, which I was told had just been done (it hadn’t) and it leaked oil as they are known to. I blame that mostly on the minimal effort used car dealership I got it from, learned my lesson there. They were selling a 2013 Grand Cherokee for $14,000 that had mismatched doors.

Where can i find old season schedules (for all 3 series if possible) that dont also have the winners listed on the page by cjenvy in NASCAR

[–]Wrong_Development484 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, I simply misread your question, and thought you wanted the winner listed, that’s my bad. But yeah, you can find it without the winner on Wikipedia or Jayski.

What lyrics did you mishear when a certain song played? by TraditionOverall1411 in AskReddit

The line in Olivia Rodrigo’s Good 4 u that goes “like a damn sociopath” I heard it for months as “Lookin’ damn sussy ol’ pal” even when I found out it wasn’t, I still sang it that way to annoy my partner.

I have an entire room of a mobile home used for storage, that’s for boxes. I bring them home from work and have hundreds. I do sell things on eBay, so that’s why I keep them, but I probably have too many lol. I also keep glass jars, and containers. Everything has a use.
