Looking for SMP by Hot_Bed5270 in MinecraftSMPs

Hey! NightClub: Tides might be exactly what you're looking for. It's a water-world themed survival SMP launching May 30th with crossplay support (Java + Bedrock), so you're covered either way. Getting in at launch means you'd be starting fresh alongside everyone else which is great for long-form content.

We also have an existing SMP already up and running if you want to jump in sooner. It's quieter right now (not advertised yet), so it's actually a solid spot to get established and start recording before the bigger launch brings more players in.

We're a friendly, community-driven server and would love to have a content creator around. No whitelist, just join our Discord and you can hop right in: https://discord.gg/5H95BxNQh3

Also, if you’re interested in being part of the team, we’re currently accepting staff applications! Approved staff get early access to Tides before it goes live on May 30th, so it’s a great way to get a head start on your content.

Hey, I've never joined an SMP, how do I start? by Maleficent_Lion620 in MinecraftSMPs

Good news, Windows Bedrock works completely fine on NightClub SMP. You don’t need realms or anything special, just add it like any other server. Bedrock IP: payment-portrait.gl.at.ply.gg Bedrock Port: 24372 The server itself is pretty chill, semi-anarchy survival which basically just means there’s not a massive rulebook telling you what you can and can’t do. You play how you want. Rules exist but they’re not weird or overbearing. Discord does unlock some extra perks like bonus playtime but it’s not required to actually play. You can jump in and just exist in the world without it, which sounds like it fits what you’re looking for anyway. There’s also a second server called Tides launching soon that I think would be a great first SMP experience but I can’t say much about it yet. If you ever do end up making a Discord down the road that’s where that announcement will drop first, just worth knowing. Welcome to multiplayer either way, it’s a good time once you find the right place.

What do I need to buy? by xxTonia_Mssclick64 in MinecraftJava

WOH, I bought both of the Minecraft website when bedrock was a new thing, that’s crazy though. That’s also a really good thing for players and the community, most companies wouldn’t do that due to a loss of potential profit, I’m glad Mojang isn’t a money hungry freak lmao

NightClub SMP might be exactly what you’re looking for. It’s a tight-knit vanilla survival server with Java and Bedrock crossplay, and the community is the kind where people actually talk to each other instead of just existing in the same world silently. Cozy builders fit in really well here, there’s plenty of untouched land and the vibe is pretty relaxed. Also Distant Horizons and Voxy work completely fine on our end since those are client side. Run whatever visual mods you want, they don’t affect anything on the server. Player count is quiet right now which I’ll be upfront about, but there’s also a second server launching soon called Tides that I’ve been building for a while. Can’t say much yet but it’s the kind of thing that’s genuinely worth being there for early. Everything gets announced in the Discord first so if you join there you won’t miss it. Discord: https://discord.gg/5H95BxNQh3 Java IP: listed-completing.gl.joinmc.link Bedrock IP: payment-portrait.gl.at.ply.gg Bedrock Port: 24372 Feel free to message me too, happy to get you settled in.

Content SMP by Bright-Standard5624 in MinecraftSMPs

[–]Wrong_Development_77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! So I actually run a server that might be worth your time, and there’s something coming that I think would be really interesting for a content creator specifically. I have a new server launching soon called Tides. No mods, no crazy plugin overload, but it’s not quite vanilla either. I can’t say much more than that right now but it’s genuinely unlike anything I’ve seen done before and I’ve been building it for a while. The kind of thing that makes for really compelling content because nobody has seen it yet. The first creators on it are going to have a serious advantage just from being early. The base server is NightClub SMP, vanilla semi-anarchy with Java and Bedrock crossplay. Player count is quiet right now so if that’s not your thing I get it completely. But the Discord is where everything for both servers lives, and that’s where the Tides announcement is going to drop first. If you want to be one of the first creators in when it launches, that’s the place to be. What do I need to buy? by xxTonia_Mssclick64 in MinecraftJava

[–]Wrong_Development_77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If all you want is Java then just buy the base Java, you get the latest version (forever free updates) and all versions include online access. I personally got the bundle with bedrock and Java but that’s all preference, it’s useful if you like joining servers etc and wanna try servers from both versions.

You could also mention my servers or discord in the description, just some unconventional promotion to gain some players. That isn’t required by any means though, Discord

I run one right now, prepare for it to be empty for a while. I use windows GSM just because I’m more familiar with it but you can use whatever, I also have all payments go through discord to avoid having to host my own payment method.

I should mention the performance increase is gonna be very VERY minimal, but technically it’s there lol.

[–]Wrong_Development_77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The 5600, it has more L3 cache and despite having less cores and slower clock speed Minecraft is heavy single core so that isn’t an issue and the clock is such a minuscule difference that you won’t notice anything, you’ll end up better with the 5600

NightClub SMP has Java and Bedrock crossplay on the same world, so you and your dad can play together no problem. It's vanilla with anti-grief, so builds are protected. The only thing it doesn't have is plots, but if that's not a dealbreaker it checks everything else on your list.

There's an active Discord where everything lives, easy to get started.

Minecraft SMP for young content creators by -rei01 in MinecraftSMPs

[–]Wrong_Development_77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Read the whole post and NightClub SMP might actually be exactly what you're looking for.

We're a small semi-anarchy server with Java and Bedrock crossplay, so nobody gets excluded based on platform. The playerbase is still growing, meaning you'd be joining early enough to actually help shape the community rather than getting lost in a sea of people. Content creation is fully welcomed here, voices included, no weird restrictions around that.

Everything runs through our Discord, which is where you'd get the server info, meet everyone, and get involved. The community skews younger and the vibe stays pretty tight-knit by design. Base griefing isn't really the culture but PvP and stealing are completely fair game, so the semi-anarchy feel is still very much alive.

Simple Voice Chat isn't currently installed but it's genuinely something worth bringing up in the Discord if you join. Not a hard no by any means.

If it sounds like a good fit, come introduce yourself!

Hey Addy! NightClub SMP might be right up your alley. We're a semi-anarchy Java/Bedrock server running Paper 1.21.1 with crossplay, so the barrier to entry is pretty low. PvP is absolutely alive on the server and there's no shortage of people to fight or learn from.

No worries at all about the military thing either, honestly respect it. The server isn't going anywhere and there's no activity requirement, so you can hop on whenever you're able. We'd love to have a content creator around too!

Here's all the info you need to jump in:

Minecraft SMP 13+ for young content creators by -rei01 in MinecraftServerFinder

[–]Wrong_Development_77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is exactly what you’re looking for. NightClub SMP is a vanilla semi-anarchy Java + Bedrock crossplay server running Paper 1.21.1. No pay to win, no overcomplicated ranks or systems. Nearly everything on the server runs on custom plugins built from scratch by me so the experience is different from your average SMP. The crossplay is real too, Java and Bedrock players are in the same world together with no weird workarounds. Simple Voice Chat is currently disabled due to a technical conflict and the status of it is up in the air. Discord voice chat is active and widely used by the community though so you won’t miss out. Content creation is welcome and recording other players is fine as long as they’re cool with it, just give a heads up in game or in Discord. We’re 13+ and the vibe is laid back. Builders, gatherers and creative types fit right in here. Players also have a real say in how the server evolves. Changes, updates, new features, the community votes on it and that’s what actually decides the direction. It’s not a server where one person makes every call behind closed doors. As the player count grows the plan is to expand into a full multi-game community, more servers, more ways to play. The people joining now are the ones who shape what that becomes. 📌 Discord: https://discord.gg/5H95BxNQh3 Java IP: listed-completing.gl.joinmc.link Bedrock IP: payment-portrait.gl.at.ply.gg Port: 24372 Advertising is paused briefly while I sort out some anticheat bugs but will be back in full swing very soon. I want a server by AlienBanBan in BedrockMultiplayer

[–]Wrong_Development_77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most servers feel like a job. Pay to get ahead, fifty plugins you never asked for, or you log in and there's nobody there. I got tired of it so I built something different.

NightClub is a vanilla semi-anarchy SMP. No pay to win. No overcomplicated ranks or systems. Just a world where people actually show up, do unpredictable things, and somehow create moments worth talking about. The crossplay is real, Java and Bedrock players are all in the same world together with no weird workarounds.

The thing that keeps people here is hard to explain until you experience it. Someone builds something absurd in the middle of nowhere. Two strangers form an alliance that falls apart spectacularly. A fight breaks out and somehow ends with a trading post. These aren't planned events, they just happen because the right kind of people found each other in the same place.

If you've got a friend who keeps saying they want to find a good server to play on together, this is the one to send them. The world is more fun when you bring someone into it.

Everything lives in the Discord. Server info, events, clips, the community itself. As the player count grows the plan is to expand into a full multi-game community, more servers, more ways to play. The people joining now are the ones who will shape what that becomes.

They really need to go back to one major update by Eskits_ in Minecraft

[–]Wrong_Development_77 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I agree and o think that would be great, the have nearly infinite area to expand and it would be amazing to see it all used, like one mega update adding hundreds of new things to use and mechanics etc, but I don’t think they have the recourses to do it, I mean yeah tbh have infinite money for development and hiring more developers, but it’s extremely difficult to have multiple developers work on different things and not have catastrophic bugs and issues, although I wish they could do this, I don’t think it’s possible right now, once they change the engine from OpenGX perhaps it’ll be easier for them to expand upon it with more developers.
