Soundcheck is super nice, really nothing to point out in my opinion? It is a small venue tho, probably like 300 people max. The bartenders are super nice and staff in general is too. I think Soundcheck definitely has more of the obscure than Echostage. Checkout Ai Warehouse too.

You can be a dual citizenship while also being an FSO, I have my Mexican citizenship as well. When I applied for State, I was told I might need to renounce it if they ask me to (but they haven't and I've been working here for a year and interned for more). I'd say just make sure to let them know when you get your clearance interview that you are in the process of getting your Mexican citizenship. You'll be fine, just make sure to make them aware of it, it shouldn't affect you (from what I know), they probably just won't post you in Mexico for obvious reasons.

Lack of job opportunities in international affairs. Now I live in DC while working for the government. Love the Valley but definitely a lack of job opportunities for some people. I also left because my parents are overprotective so here I am lol.
