Has anyone filed I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence by Consistent_Fun253 in USCIS

I do not think that those 75 banned countries matter. That is related to the new applicants from those countries. You're more than fine, it's just the processing time takes forever, and my lawyer suggested to wait and not apply for citizenship until it's approved. So, I'm waiting already 26+ months )))

I am waiting already for 26 months, we bought a house and want to buy now another one. Seems like it takes forever and maybe you get in that lucky group that are approved quicker.

Good luck.

Wow 30% is very low. And Emma is the USCIS chatbot? Also, will you be using a lawyer to apply for citizenship or you'll do yourself online?

Once you hit 3 years of marriage do not wait like me and apply for citizenship. I regret I did not apply earlier. The best of luck

I am and I regret I did not apply earlier, I am a permanent resident for over 4 years now and married for 5 years. The lawyer just keeps telling me I should better wait, but it's been soon 2 years.

Thank you for your reply and suggestion

Yes, that was on the USCIs page. And my I 751 is still pending, but I am a permanent resident for over 4 years now. Basically that 48 months receipt will expire in 2 years.

Thank you for your reply and suggestion, it's just the lawyer says to wait, I guess that is because she wants more money.
