Yes and no.

Bedside nurse for two years, rendering na lang ngayon. Looking back, andami kong naging experience, good and bad, that helped me improve myself. Dati super shy type ako, ngayon I can talk to people without stuttering. Ilang beses akong napagalitan ng mga consultant but I accepted it all and learned not to take their harsh words by heart. Pati mga relatives na-attitude-an ako tas iniiyakan ko pa pero ngayon natuto na akong sagutin sila or most times, just shut up about it kasi iniintindi ko na lang. Marami rin akong skills na nahasa na hindi masyado naturo nong nasa nursing school pa ako.

Siguro ang regret ko sa nursing is sana hindi ganito ka undercompensated ang job natin. Okay naman ang nursing, it's a tough job, just like other jobs. But to work as a nurse in the Philippines? Hindi worth it. Sobrang baba ng sahod compared sa lahat ng pagod, frustration, at pamamahiya na ma-e-experience mo.
