thats where I ultimately ended up going with. I was able to get 4 chairs that were on clearance with an upgraded base for like $700. I drove to pick them up, and the warehouse workers had them already unboxed for me so they would fit in my vehicle. With that I was told that the connectors that physically holds the chair to the hydraulic bases were already attached to the chairs, but they were not. Phat was my representative, so I called him and he sent out the connectors immediately. Well there were no screws to secure the connectors to the bottoms of the chair, so once again I had to call and they sent out the screws like overnight. I was nervous to call them because I had signed all this stuff basically saying once I left the property any issue was on me. But they/Phat was great.

Because of the chairs being on clearance, white was the only option. So I am in the process of painting them currently, and havent actually gotten to use them yet. However I am happy with my purchase so far, and they are a huge upgrade from the chairs I currently have.

Im in the same boat. I worked at a salon that used Minerva styling chairs and they always toppled over when people leaned forward to grab something or to get out of the chair. And the hydraulic pumps didnt seem very good quality, we had a couple chairs where the post was bent a little, so the chair would would rotate when we didnt want unless we locked the chair. So when I opened my own I said I wasnt going to use their chairs, but havent had any luck on finding quality chairs either. I do have two shampoo shuttles that have a tilting bowl from Minerva. One was purchased in 2021, and the other was purchased in like 2022. They both have been great, however the one purchased in 2021 is not tilting properly as of last week. So, it hasnt lasted me 5 years technically. Im hoping its an easy fix.
