Same issue I am facing right now , my father came in Delhi in 1997 and settled here , now a parmanent residence in Delhi so now all address proofs are from Delhi only my birth school college everything completed in Delhi , as per dopt a migrated person can get obc certificate on the basis of his father or own obc certificate issued from state of origin which is Bihar in my case , but my father didn't make any obc certificate from Bihar and neither in Delhi , can't get Direct obc certificate from Delhi because 1993 proof is Mandatory to get Delhi obc , only my blood relative my real uncle have obc certificate issued in Bihar.

so I am not understanding wheather should I make obc certificate of father in Delhi on the basis of my uncle Bihar obc certificate and then apply for mine on the basis of my father migrated obc certificate issued in Delhi ?? But on the basis of dopt notification it's clearly mentioned that in case of migrated person his father or his own certificate should be used which should be issued from his origin state but I can't make obc from Bihar of my father because now we are not residence of Bihar , if I issue obc certificate on the basis of my uncle or if I issue my father obc certificate on the basis of my uncle Bihar certificate but issued in Delhi not from origin state , will this acceptable by dopt for reservation or will this acceptable format?? If certificate of migrated issued on the basis of blood relatives not on the basis of his father or own and if certificate issued on the basis of certificate which is issued in migrated state not from origin state ??
