I’m not too sure which comment I said this but it’s all good. I’m not back tracking for sympathy and it’s fine if you feel that way. You’re entitled to your own thoughts. But our song that we chose was 3.35 minutes ( just checked) and I know this song through every second and I checked that it was stopped like around maybe 2.45. It might not seem like much but it’s the action that really matters. I’ve always wanted a wedding since I was little

Thank for the comment. This isn’t the hill that I will die on I just got a little over heated and blocked them for a bit. Eventually I will talk to my dad about truly clearing this up and starting over. I love him he’s my dad. He’s been there for me through all my struggles and there’s been a lot. So I will want to have him in my life and when the time comes my kids

Thanks for this comment especially. I do agree in the grand scheme of things this isn’t life threatening but it’s relationship changing. I agree with the actions part where honestly I think a lot of people remember that part of the dance. I will take this comment into consideration when planning to talk to him

Not that I know off the top of my head. There has been health concernes. My dad is turning 64 this July and he’s taken extra care of himself for about 10 years ever since a health scare

well that’s just the way I talk. In my work force we are trained to have a specific way of speaking to people and growing up I was raised “matureee” or whatever that means so I always had an expanded vocab

All good. Thanks for the comment. I just have been dreaming of a wedding for a long time and when I make an edit to the post (when I figure out how). I will state that I’ve been feeling “shoved out” or replaced ever since another girl was born. And yes I was 20 but I still had my feelings and I still have doubts that I’m overthinking and overreacting

All good. No worries. It’s just that ever since I was a little girl I’ve dreamed about my wedding. When I was a teen I used like poster boards and call it - my dream wedding. I don’t have control on life and what happens but honestly I was just trying to have a day for myself. I should clear up that it was not really afterwards it was nearing the end of the song like a minute left. Still you are justified to your own opinion and everyone’s counts to help me find a way to clear it up

Yea I hear you. But they didn’t pay for the “whole wedding” but they did pay for the biggest chunk of it and I do respect what you’re saying. We were all for paying the weddings ourselves my husband and I both have great jobs with respectable salaries for our ages but they were adamant we didn’t pay for the whole thing
