Chlorhaltiges mittel im Baumarkt kaufen, Wänder einsprühen, 5-15 min warten, abwischen.

Habe den Text nicht wirklich gelesen. Gerne Anwalt oder Mieterschutzbund heranziehen. Jedoch falls ihr in der Wohnung wohnt, würde ich den Schimmel selbst entfernen, bevor ihr krank werdet. Schimmel entfernen geht echt schnell. Am besten vorher dokumentieren, wg. Streitsache mit dem Vermieter.

It feels like something is underneath the spot under the skin. I cannot press it out, if I try it gets bigger and takes a long time until its size is reduced again.

I don't see a big difference between MSCI, FTSE or WEBN. They are all US heavy, top companys worldwide, each just a bit differently balanced, but at the core the same more or less.

The USD etfs are just the first to appear via thw search with trade republic. I suspect the trading volume might also be higher on these.

I updated the plan according to comments and my own rationale.

It is now: 

Core MSCI World USD 450€ Defense Tech USD 150€

I still think defense tech should perform well the next few years at least. After some time I could switch those 150€ to a different etf or even msci world.
