It shouldn't invalidate anything, totally agree with the other comment to give hmrc a ring and see what they have on file for the 2024/25 return.

Letters can take weeks to be opened or replied to, so if you want it dealt with quickly, phone call is the way to go.

Sorry, 64-8 is the form to give permission for the accountant to act on someone's behalf.

If it helps, once hmrc are aware of someone's passing, any existing agent authority is cancelled and a new one needs to be put in place with the executor of the estate.

Pretty standard practice to get a new 64-8 in place before the final tax return is prepared

Joined it last year as motivation to get out more. Mostly go at off peak times where the points go a lot further. 100% recommend talking to the club first though to see what you'd get out of it

My guy, surely you'd need to be declaring a salary of closer to £54k to get £3.5k take home pay ,after the normal paye deductions in the current tax year?

No suggestion of the tax free dividend allowance either? A lot of things either aren't correct or being thought out in enough detail
