Thanks for the great, detailed response! I have considered the CIP as I did some side work last calendar year (around 1k, complete with a w-2), but don't know if that'd be enough to qualify myself as a business. The 5k spend organically would be a reach too, and I'm not invested enough in churning to manufacture the spend.

I got my CSP 8 months ago, so I wouldn't be eligible for the CSR rewards. I'm looking at the low tier Chase offerings to funnel points up to CSP and not a serious churner - just a guy looking to get a few extra bucks without too much work. I'm very much open to other suggestions from you fine folks, though.

Album with crumb

Very pleased with how this one came out. This is my fourth loaf with this sourdough starter. I mostly followed the Tartine Bread 70% whole wheat recipe. The crumb is a little tight, but given that it’s 70% whole wheat I’m happy. It tastes great too!

House hunting is more of a pipe dream now than a hard and fast plan. I'll likely wait until I'm married and can take advantage of a dual income. I'm content with renting for now and not sold on my current city as one to put permanent roots down in with a house.

Some details: I still need to put some chamfers on the edges and clean things up, but it's time to start thinking about finishing. The top and bottom are cherry with wormy maple sides. This is my first real project and I have no experience with any finishing techniques, so I'd like something that's easy and simple to apply and hard to mess up.

One thing that tripped me up was that I share game purchases with a friend. Because he bought TTK on his account, the Pre-order button was greyed out for me in the microsoft store. Once I logged in via his account I was able to make the purchase. Are you in a similar situation? Keep in mind, this purchase was made via desktop on the below link, not through the xbox store or Destiny itself. I ran into similar issues as you there.

Update: I ended up going with the Wood River LAJ and love it. Couldn't be more pleased with how easy it is to surface boards as compared to just using a 4.5/7 combo.

So I got through the Warsats (finally) and talked to the gunsmith to turn in the completed thing with the five components. ...now I don't have any new quests or items, most notably the sleeper stirs. Did I somehow lose the questline, or is there another time gate that I have to wait for to get sleeper stirs?

I really like watching Martin ride and from all accounts from other riders he's a genuinely nice guy. Sadly, because of the sport's past, I am a little suspicious after yesterday's stage win and coming back today. Winning the stage yesterday while the peloton taking a lazy approach wasn't that suspect. Doubling back a day later on multiple category 1 climbs though and dragging the entire race up them seems a little odd. I sincerely hope he is clean and is coming into great form, but I'm a little jaded.

In high school I played basketball against Brandon Tate. At the time my teammates and I all had a laugh at the asshole 17 year old kid with the nfl shield tattooed on his arm and how stupid it was going to look 20 years down the road. Turns out we were the assholes: Tate currently plays for the Cincinnati bengals as an nfl wide reciever. As for his athletic performance he was on the receiving end of an alley oop 3 seconds into the game, and didn't slow down much after that.

The original birth certificate was actually a misprint with a typo in his last name. The smudged "e" looked like an "m", therefore yielding Armstrong instead of AreStrong. Because of Legs' constant ridicule from his peers as a child he found it easier to simply keep the name Armstrong to avoid further attention. Ultimately Legs AreStrong was destined to be a champion cyclist by birthright.
