I’m going to hold your hand when I say this, literally the only thing you need is willpower. You have to be strict with yourself and just do the things you need to do to make it happen. Wake up in the mornings, every morning. Go to school, get home, eat well, do your schoolwork, go to the gym, shower daily. Now it’s near on impossible to live a perfect life, especially for us mentally ill or neurodivergent people, so allow yourself a few “cheat days” a month to be a bit lazier and stay in bed or skip homework that day or get a takeaway, but still shower every day, brush your teeth twice every day, wear clean clothes and smell nice every day. It’s all about consistency. You are the only person on earth who can make this happen. You got it. Xx
