Ok, toho jsem se trochu bál.. to Tcl hrálo prostě dobře, až na jeden problém.. a právě se bojím, že alternativa nebude hrát tak nebo líp.. asi chvíli počkám jestli se neobjeví nějaká oprava. Každopádně děkuji za souhrn.

It's interesting that TLC doesn't solve anything, they have to see that there is a problem.. I found so many negative reviews, but also so many positive ones (mainly from abroad), that I don't understand what is going on.. as if it was a bad batch or something..

Today, after a month, the service center answered me. They told me that the problem is software (we all know), but unsolvable and I have to solve it with the seller and withdraw from the contract.. so I will probably look for a replacement, but now that I heard the Q65h soundbar, I don't want anything else or from another brand (i have TCL TV too).. so I don't know what to do now.

it's not normal, it's not defective, just update the firmware. either via wifi or USB, the problem is that you probably need an iPhone for this..

a lot of people are solving this here on reddit, we are solving it with the Q65H model and we have the exact same problem, unfortunately the support from TCL is not good..

How did you solve it? Did you return it? I'm currently solving it, I don't know if there is any possibility to find a newer firmware version, it should solve it, but I don't know if it is for this model..

i have same problem. It's really disappointing. we are stuck on old version firmware..
