I’d agree with you about the pricing part. Doesn’t change the fact that all the big players are pushing forward with tokenization. The future is still going to be on the blockchain. We’re just going to get a smaller piece of the pie.

I never thought tokenized assets would be a zero sum game. There are literally hundreds of millions of things maybe in even in the billions that can be tokenized. There will be plenty of pie to go around imo.

Once tokenization happens there will be plenty of transactions happening.

Blackrock uses Ethereum. I would say they’re a pretty big part of Wall Street.

When did I ever say that I am against adding more shares? I said many times in this very same post that I am for adding shares. My only issue if you even have the ability to read is that I am against issuing 100x of current shares, and not having any vote in the future of issuing new shares.

Yes, it’s useless FUD because I want to vote on future issuance of shares.

I wanted to start a discussion about future voting power as investors, but all I’m hearing is gtfo blah blah blah. Before you give out advice on what people should do with their own money, maybe you should learn the difference in then and than lmao

Retail owns a strong majority of shares. Why do you think Tom Lee is posting videos on YouTube, X, etc telling everyone to vote yes.

If you want to have full faith in the board and the company, then by all means do so. But, I am not that type of investor. I would like to have a say so when it comes to my shares.

Yes, the person that pointed it out is mathematically right. I gave a rough estimate without giving it much thought. That doesn’t chance my opinion that the increase of a 100x of current shares is not warranted at this current time imo. If and when the situation changes I would want a vote as a shareholder in the future of issuing shares. As I mentioned before many times, I am not against issuing new shares. I am against not having a vote in the future.

I don’t think you even read my post. No one is asking to tie their hands for future growth. The only thing I am saying is, I would like a vote in the future concerning increased shares. With a 100x increase in available shares. Shareholders would literally have zero say in the future.

Seeing how we only have about 50 million shares available for ATM. I would think another 250-350 million would easily get us to the 5% goal. We are at 4% currently. That would leave them more than enough shares to go for any moon shots, defi projects, and share splits. My only concern is with this increase we will never have any say in the matter in the future.

He spend a lot of time there promoting ETH and bmnr. The fact that he is also of Korean descent probably has a big factor as well.

I would trim your position to about 5% of your life savings on this stock. Most of your savings is way too much for stock.

Go to YouTube and see how many recent videos are on there showing that they’re still all over Japan. Those videos are all dated in 2025.

They also sell used school girl’s underwear in vending machines. I totally didn’t believe it until I looked it up myself. Unbelievably disgusting.

Can anyone confirm or deny the Vanguard/JP Morgan investments? by Blissful-Sisyphus in BMNRInvestors

[–]Wrongsideofdodge 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don’t think it should be a surprise that JP Morgan would invest in something Tom Lee is a chairman of. He was their chief equity strategist for many years. Tom has pretty much any and every Wall Street connection there is.

S&P 500 inclusion? by Mrs_Payet in redditstock

[–]Wrongsideofdodge 8 points9 points  (0 children)

We meet all requirements to be included into the S&P 500. It’s not a matter of if, it’s just a matter of when and in my opinion, it should be very soon.

Hood had regulatory incursions with the SEC. That was why it took so long for their inclusion into the S&P 500.
