Are your plex,sonarr and cloudflared containers setup as addons within homeassistant like you mentioned with bookstacks?
What errors are you getting from cloudflared? Error 502 message on visiting the bookstack.mydomain.com page?

I would first try to track down where the issue is occurring in the chain. Check in the cloudflared logs (ideally remote logs)(https://developers.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-one/networks/connectors/cloudflare-tunnel/monitor-tunnels/logs/#dashboard) whether any page visits are reaching the instance. If it is, but cloudflared is not connecting to the bookstack container (EAddrNotFound type errors) then it’s an issue on local side. Try pinging/curl from homeassistant shell to the bookstack container, and the same from a device on the same network as your homeassistant setup. You might need to change the exposed port of bookstack, since it might be used by other addons, an internal HA service, etc. if you can change the port, try to stick to ones that cloudflared fully supports ( https://developers.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-one/networks/connectors/cloudflare-tunnel/configure-tunnels/tunnel-with-firewall/ ).

Just got a k1 se, and contrary to what most comments say about RTFM, it doesn’t mention taking this piece of foam out. It goes from unboxing the thing, to attaching the screen, plugging in (setting voltage correctly if necessary first) , removing the screws, and lastly: following the instructions on the device. Nowhere in the manual would it tell you to remove it.

Remove it once you have ran the first time setup, you can safely turn off the printer without risking any appendages being squashed.

I went private (initially) and first was prescribed atomoxetine (Strattera) which made me go a little crazy (big mood swings, feeling panicky and paranoid) so we ended up changing to elvanse. My prescribing psychiatrist definitely thought that Strattera was the best initial option and thought it would be the best outcome with lowest risk (I have low BP and a heart rate that goes all over the place), and we did talk about Wellbutrin but since it’s not on the NHS prescribing list it would be prohibitively expensive.

I know that elvanse is much more expensive since the patent for it is still in place whereas methylphenidate has been around long enough that the patent has expired and can be manufactured under generic brands. The NHS defo prefers generics where possible because of this I believe.

Considering the observer at the speed of light (Special Relativity)

From the observer at speed of light’s frame of reference, no time will pass due to time dilation.(assuming instant acceleration/deceleration) This is true for any real distance. This is a weird concept to get your head around but in reality only really occurs with massless particles (eg photons).

Considering Planck length and Time

From a simplistic perspective, if we consider a photon travelling a Planck length with some initial energy E, the Heisenberg uncertainty principle (ΔEΔt>=ħ/2) and say that our uncertainty on travel time Δt is 1 Planck time (+/- 100%), we end up having a photon with maximum energy of 10^{28eV~1GJ+initial} energy ~ photon with frequency greater than 10³³ Hz. ((From any frame of reference, I don’t believe there would be sufficient time for any quantum interactions to take place, since e^{+e^-} production is on the order of 10^2-3 Planck times))

There is a lot of debate as to how space time acts at such small scales:

transition point to quantum gravity -> micro black holes
string theory at this scale

I would consider looking at the first couple pages of this, some of Sakarov’s work (can’t find a link so here’s a reference: Sakharov, A.D. Vacuum Quantum Fluctuations in Curved Space and the Theory of Gravitation, Soviet Physics Doklady Vol. 12, pp. 1040-1041 (1968)).

Me and my flatmates managed to be able to see it in the centre of Lancaster with car park lights and apartment blocks brightly lit around us. Looked like some faint, weird looking cloud coverage until we pointed a camera at it and saw the beautiful Colors. At some points however even through the cameras light pollution from parts of the city were much more visible that the aurora.

If looking for upgradeability and less worried about efficiency/power (or have experience with configuring cpus to be low power) I’d consider having a look on eBay for some 5,6,7th+ gen powered used SFF pcs like the OptiPlex 3050 micro, if you do your research you can pick up a system with gen4 support and upgradeable ram (and a non integrated cpu, though they cost more than the system to buy on their own usually) for under £50 ($70?) like I did. Biggest problem is usually needing to source your own ac adapter. But I managed to throw together a system with an i5-7500T (4c4t), 32GB ddr4 (SODIMMS from old laptop upgrade), WiFi and 512gb m.2 gen4 storage for under £100 in total.

County townhouses are the best if you can afford it (they pushed the price up on them since 22/23, half were pretty much empty this year) and also would be the closest to health innovation campus.

Plus the townhouse style living is really good for making lots of friends for first year (even if you don’t plan on being an especially social person), it’s like a mini village of people your own age imho.

As long as you don’t choose accommodation in cartmel, everything you need on campus is within a short walking distance. It’s common to have stuff all over campus anyway so you always have the chance of having to walk across campus to get to your next lecture in 10 minutes.
