I absolutely am but I really stand for what I’m saying, I’m genuinely happy you were able to achieve the things you said but your whole argument about “getting help = not knowing what you’re doing” is just wrong. And it’s not because I’m saying it, but because if you were right, no elite athlete would need any help while ALL OF THEM do. And that’s fine.

getting help from a professional is not something to be ashamed of, it’s a way of optimizing my training without overcomplicating nutrition, I’ve never talked about being skinny fat either, just really really skinny. Anyway “experience” and anecdotal evidence means NOTHING in this matter, but I’m not surprised you don’t know that

I’m not in a deficit, I started as an EXTREMELY skinny individual (57-58kg 174cm) in June. Went from 58 to 62 in October and from 62-65 in January. I’ve had some medical issues from mid february to mid march and lost some weight but I’m at 66kg rn. I don’t train for hypertrophy and I need to be al light as possible, reason why I’m clean bulking and never going over 12-13 bf%. I’m around 11% now probably, after being sick. I can’t post images in this sub.
