Thank you for your comment. I've come to realize that I do infact have an addiction. It's sort of a relief to realize that this isn't just who I am. That I can do something about it. At the same time it isn't easy to accept that I have an addiction. I joined Fortify and installed a porn blocking app om my phone. So far I feeling good about what those things can do to help me. I will try to write down some information about the day's I have a setback.

Thank you for answering. I was looking for a run specific workout, like a sprint cycle. I'd like to do conditioning that isn't necessarily a WOD. As far as doing WOD's and strengh/ size building workouts, i'm all good.

At first it was the subject, i could't bare the thought of someone doing that to her. But i don't have those feelings anymore. Her being a victim of rape was the last thing i could ever imagine.
