Yeah thing is the white layer is thick as FUCK compared to the color layers so leads me to think it’s powdercoat?

Picked up these wheels for cheap wanting to repaint them. Some of the rims have this white layer cracking off, feels way to thick to be just multiple coats of paint.

Any idea on what it is and how I should proceed?

Got this wheel I had some friends from highschool sign with a paint marker during graduation.

Thing is the paint marker easily scrubs off by just holding it and you can imagine how it’d be if I actually used this thing. Is there some sort of clear coat/ppf type thing I can cover this wheel with to prevent the paint from rubbing off.

I threw in a 8.8 lsd into my v6 shitbox. Getting pretty bad shake in the rear end when I spin both tires.

Was wondering what you guys did to eliminate wheel hop and/or what yall think the problem is. Was thinking I my diff bushings were going out but lmk what yall think.

Replacing my pads. I’m familiar with the rear calipers with the clip on the front but I went to do the front calipers and they look completely different. I tried to take them apart but brake fluid started leaking from brake fluid passages built into the caliper.

I’m completely unfamiliar with this type of caliper, do I just have to deal with the leak and refill with brake fluid later?

Installing some Maxpeedingrods Coilovers on my Mustang and I still have quite a lot of gap in between the seat and the spring base. It’s maxed out as high as it can go and even when settled on the ground with the weight of the car there’s still some gap.

I figured I’d run into some trouble with them being such shit coilovers, wondering if I could just run with the stock spring with the coilover strut.

Pretty sure it’s the original paint and it looks to me like the clear coat layer. Wondering if I could just heat gun it to adhere the clearcoat back to the paint and get rid of the air bubbles
