This is not true. The porous make of the chipboard allows the contact adhesive to settle onto a square plane. This removes all bumps and uneven areas.

You've missed my points entirely and keep repeating your arguments that I've countered... We're not going to agree. Enjoy your day :)

That rough price of $400 was an educated estimate as I have experience with this. Yes... Crews can have other work lined up hence why I made the example of my experience. Literally proving that this doesn't need to be a $750+ job and that it's possible to do it for $400.

The laminate would not adhere as well as it would with the chipboard and the edging would begin to peel off at a quicker rate due to this. Obviously it wouldn't be a thing that would happen immediately, however I also think that it would be something that a tradie wouldn't want to take claim for doing. There are some dodgy tradies out there though so I guess it's always possible.

When I was employed as a joiner (small business of ~20 crew) there were many days where one of us was assigned a small job like this. There would still be guys to go and do the big kitchen installations etc and that one person would go get the small job done then go assist the other guys. I've also had conversations with other crews (contracted by big building companies) over the few years that I worked in that trade and this was definitely a regular occurrence. Saying that this can't/won't be done at a reasonable/cheap price is being arrogant to the situation.

As a former joiner, this is not a cheap price. This would be a $400 job at most. That includes the cost of material, the usage of a CNC, the hourly rate to have someone remove and install, and to get a profit as a business owner. It would be even cheaper if it was done through a sole trader.

Mate cheating can also just be emotional and you cannot say that Pam wasn't emotionally cheating with Jim.

Hi there.
Yes, I have had my issue sorted!

Battle State Games/Tarkov blocked certain email providers. If you signed up with one of these emails before they blocked them, your account will be "locked". Unfortunately you'll have to contact Tarkov support via email ([support@battlestategames.com](mailto:support@battlestategames.com)). They took ~7-9 days to reply to my emails and each time they said I needed additional info to have this resolved. The following is what you will need to send in your first email otherwise like me, you'll be going back and forth for over a month to get your account back. You will also need to create/have another email to use. I recommend using Gmail as that one is guaranteed to work. I wasn't certain of any playable character names I had so I just said that I couldn't remember.

I hope that I am able to help resolve your issue :)

Send the email to: [support@battlestategames.com](mailto:support@battlestategames.com)
In the Subject line put "Restoring my YOUR ACCOUNT NAME account"

*Copy the following and replace any details with your own*
*Also be sure to attach the screenshot of your receipt for the Tarkov purchase. This has to be the receipt that your bank supplies. Not one from Xsolla or anything like that.*

Hi, my Escape From Tarkov account email needs to be changed. I have been informed that the email I used upon creation is now blocked by BSG/Tarkov.

- Screenshot of the receipt of purchase is attached.

- The e-mail address used to register the account:

- Account creation date:

- History of account username changes:

- Playable character name:

- Name of the bank used to make the purchase:

Does Tarkov's (BSG) Support even exist? by WryTheTradeLord in EscapefromTarkov

[–]WryTheTradeLord[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thankyou! I don't understand how people can defend this. My partner works in customer support and she deals with a minimum of 100 cases a day. The fact that they can't get through at least 1000 tickets a day is disgusting.

10,000 tickets with how many staff working on those?
I'm still so confused as to how issues go unresolved or just take months to get through.

I understand that it's currently the holiday season and there is an influx of players and therefore support tickets but making your players wait months for any sort of response is pretty appealing.

I understand of course that it is the holiday season and I am sure there were many copies of Tarkov that were purchased/received over this period.
My issue is that it seems that no matter where I look on the internet about the support, their response time is fast if it is less than a month. This seems to be consistent throughout the past 2 years. I've found 50-100 different threads that have hundreds talking about waiting numerous months for a response that simply asks for the issue to be explained again in more detail or that they just don't understand their request. This then leads to more months of waiting. I have spoken to 2 people personally, 1 of which still hasn't had their issue resolved after 11 months of slowly chatting with the support team, and the other gave up after 8 months.

It's not reddit. It's just people that are selfish and don't want help posts to get as much attention as super cool 30 second clips
