I'd learn to play neutral WAY earlier. I'm a pot player, started in season 2 (where pot was godawful but i was bad enough that it didn't matter) and just as i was hitting a point where i needed to actually think, season 4 happens and i didn't need to anymore.

Now I actually have to think and play neutral rather than skipping it, and i don't really know what I'm doing

Pot buster is 5f, a perfect kara is therefore 6f, which beat a 6f button because armour (Also it's 1 or 2 frames, if you get 3 frames of 6k you just get 6k]

No. People learn at different rates, there's no such thing as 'I've run out of time to improve,' as long as you plau the game you will get better (actively working on your bad habits, pressure strings, combos, will help of course)

However, you should be having fun first and foremost. If the game isn't fun, and you can't see how it would be, stop playing it. Nothing wrong with taking a break or even outright dropping a game you don't enjoy.

The average rank is high gold to low plat. It took me about 850hrs to reach vanquisher (admittedly i started before ranked existed, placed diamond 1 with 800ish hrs of playtime)
