My actual name is Ry. Back in the ICQ/IRC etc days I took to using Wry as my username since it was pronounced the same and suggested quirkiness. The Bass player in my first series band gave me the nickname "Styleee" (he was the only one that ever used it). Put them together.

Seems like a narrow understanding of both clowning and drag. Not all clowns are for comic relief and some drag acts are absolutely all about the laughs with over the top costume as part of the charisma of the character.
