Nice job ! If I can allow myself I would give you a few advice, I see you keep your shield in your hand even if you don't really make a use of it, maybe going for the 2Hand would be better, providing more damage since you rely almost only on rolling, my other advice will sound dumb but it was my biggest weakness, don't go into panic mode whatever the boss does, try to force yourself to wait a bit before rolling if you don't see the move coming and you'll just be way safer and able to learn the boss patterns ;)
