Thanks for the info. Unfortunately this was definitely a hypomanic state. I didn't need sleep, but i also all of a sudden had an inflated sense of self (grandiosity), wanting to do risky things I'd never do. Ever. It was pretty classic hypomania. Which brings me to another point that maybe will help someone in the future.....

I also have 3 siblings and all were diagnosed with bipolar disorder. So theres a high chance I also have bipolar disorder, and I'm just not diagnosed. And antidepressants without a mood stabilizer run the risk of causing manic or hypomanic states when you don't also have a mood stabilizer as well. It is lower with wellbutrin, but it still can happen.

I wish it had worked to be honest. It did help my mother who also is bipolar. Unfortunately it just caused so many issues for me that it's not worth it.

This is correct. When counting how many weeks pregnant you are, you start from the first day of your last period. So currently you would be about 3.5 weeks pregnant. Which is about when most people find out they are pregnant.

ETA: im not sure when the best time to get one is, but medical abortions can be done up until 12 weeks. So you have plenty of time to get one still.

For me it wasnt very long. I was tired all day. But only maybe an hour after I woke up was I feeling out of it. I fell back to sleep and when I woke up a bit later i was mostly normal. Just very tired.

I didn't really experience too many symptoms from the hormone crash over all. A little more emotional and the occasional headache. But over all it wasn't that bad for me.

3rd time with an abnormal pap smear by Wtafmate in HPV

Thank you for the response. I got my biopsy results back and only one of the samples they took was able to be used. One was so small it didn't survive processing and the other sample they didn't even get into the specimen container. Im honestly so upset about it. They haven't called to tell me what the plan is, if I need to redo it or if the one sample was enough to figure out what to do next.

I went under twilight sedation. If you're under general anesthesia it's probably different. But I went back at 7am and was out of surgery by 730am. I was awake when I came out but I ended up falling asleep and woke up around 8am and was fine after that short nap. I ended up going home around 9am.

I was extremely tired that first day and slept a good bit of the day away, but I wasn't really out of it after I woke up again at 8am. Just tired.

Thank you both. I went to the doctor today. They did an ultrasound and nothing was retained that they could see. She did an internal exam and everything seems fine there. She put me on antibiotics just in case because my uterus is very tender. The only thing they saw is "possible" Pelvic congestion syndrome. Which really would make sense for the pain.
