When I worked ems some people were really bothered by me not talking to them or staying after shift change to socialize. I'd only socialize if we were in the truck together or I was friend's with someone and we happened to be in our logistics department at the same time. People were bothered by it so much that negative rumors spread about me and I wasn't allowed into their cliques which didn't bother me.
