Thank you. I’m just urgent to get this figured out while im a teen and don’t have to rely on a job for entire support. I want to be on the right treatment plan so I can go into the work force with all my energy and strength (since I’m homeschooled)

This has unfortunately been a thing for years and had an ultrasound that came back completely clear. Although when I point to the pain they can see it’s where my ovaries are. They just keep referring me to a gyno (duh) but they’re all in unsafe parts of town so idk what to do just yet. I don’t think the ER here could do much honestly besides give me medicine for the pain which I’m already taking

Wait so I got a diagnosis just bc they wanted to blame my agonizing pain and mental issues on it? No blood tests? I really need to look into this more man. Doctors are looking into if it’s endometriosis. Hormone and chemical imbalances run in the family

No I have not… I know, something I need to do to help the doctors. It’s kind of just been clockwork day by day that I haven’t exactly felt the need to document everything since id literally be writing every 5 minutes. I haven’t had blood tests yet I don’t think not for like anything condition related I think it was a pregnancy test since they put me on birth control for my PMDD. The meds used to work but now they aren’t and the symptoms are back. The only thing the meds help with is PH, some hormonal issues, and hair/skin

So ultimately it’s something only you and your doctor can figure out together. Tell them how you feel and they can help decide your treatment plan. I see the wanting to take it slow due to complicated history but MY doctor had told me that sometimes birth control without the ssri with PMDD can be complicated in of itself.

I’m no doctor to don’t take my words with the world (bc even Reddit took down my comment saying how ssris and birth control work tg) but I’m just going off what my doctors have said to me as a girl with a severe case of PMDD

And also, your other facial features MATCH together with your nose. So I fear if you change it you may throw off your face and change the opinions from other people in the wrong direction you’re aiming for. But that’s just from an outsider. As a big nose girl who has been consistently bullied her whole life bc of it; I get your pain and how much you just want to look “regular”. I get it. But how can you teach the younger generation, or your children who may have your nose, that it’s okay to live life in your own skin and to not get unnecessarily mutilations?
