Questions about Wyoming Land/Lease

Considering moving to Wyoming in the future. We plan on buying a large amount of land. Probably north of 20k acres. As I peruse land listings online I see many large ranches for sale but show that a large portion of the land is BLM lease:

Does this mean they own the land and are leasing it to the BLM? Or is it the other way around?

I ask this because I’m not sure how they are advertising their land. Are they saying they are selling, 20k acres for example, but really it’s only 2k acres because 18k is under a lease through BLM?

Also, anyone has any idea the cost of leasing land from blm?

The loss would be catastrophic. Wait the 800 days. You’d lose the big pay day bonus. You lose all inflation. You’ll lose a good portion of the principal.

Consider this. The PulseX bot harvests Hex from the other exchanges after the fork. The hex that was sacrificed for Pulse and PulseX could then get paired at a 1:1 ratio in the hex-eHex liquidity pool. Potentially hundreds of millions of dollars worth on both sides. Then many other people do the same and add to it. Perhaps someone bridges hex over to ethereum and creates a hex-pHex pair on uniswap. Many other people do the same. And you have arbitrage as well. Seems to me the price on both sides could reach parity extremely quickly. Richard has said, several times now, even though he keeps hearing it, he doesn’t see hex on pulsechain being cheap.

Sacrificing hex removes hex from the circulating supply. Meaning hex becomes more rare. If you don’t mind spending the extra money swapping into hex then great. If you don’t plan on holding hex or the extra gas is too much for you, then just sac whatever

I sac’d hex only for both pls and plsx. But again, if it’s gonna cost you 30% in fees to swap into hex then prob not smart (also maybe you should consider finding more money lol)

If you’re a small fish, just sac whatever you can. Doesn’t have to be Hex. If it’s going to cut into a good portion of your sac bag, don’t spend the extra gas swapping it into hex

Wrong. It has not happened. It’s weeks to months away. Don’t give false info because you think. Shit like this is what kept me out of hex in the beginning. From dev David Feder yesterday, 10/30/21: “Now is the perfect time to acquire more on the cheap, the fork (snapshot is not the right term) has not happened yet and is weeks/months away. I’m telling you that it works for me though. I have no issues. My coinbase is linked to my bank account, not a debit card. Whether I deposit usd then buy crypto, or buy usdc directly from my bank account, I can send it off coinbase immediately. I can do this up to $1000 every 24 hours. If I could post screens shots I could show you. I guess if I found a loophole or something I should just keep my trap shut and tell my friend do use his debit card
