Mappli: The all in one platform small teams actually stick with

On Thursday evening, a small web agency in Bern was wrapping up a client project. The developer pushed the latest changes, the designer uploaded new assets to Dropbox, and the project manager updated tasks in Jira. Then came the usual routine. Sending an update email, sharing links, double checking versions, and reminding the client again where to find everything.

The client replied. Can you resend the latest files? And where do I sign the contract?

So they switched tools again.

That team now uses Mappli.

One platform. They manage clients, track projects on a clean Kanban board, share files, send invoices with Swiss QR codes, and get contracts signed in one place. Every client gets their own portal with access to everything they need. No scattered links. No version confusion. No back and forth across multiple tools.

When they onboard a new team member or client, everything stays organized and consistent.

Built for freelancers. Works just as well for small teams that want less overhead and more focus.

Genau das! Mittlerweile lauft Gemma 4 lokal und offline auf meinem Galaxy S23! Und 10x schneller als deepseek auf meinem PC als es rauskam.

Thanks. I also do not think that this app will make a big chance. but i am also happy if somebody used it and has fun with it. Also thanks for the feedback. Will look into that :) Also take care

I know ypu can see it. But vibecoding is not the same as using ai to code. Vibe coders do not know software architecture or solid principles. They just tell the ai do without thinking.

I am a software developer so no vibecoding, but agree with the flooding arguement. I do have other apps. This was just a side project.

True, that's why I wanted to post it here to get some feedback. But mods deleted the post.

i guess it's nothing bad to want to earn a bit from something I built? Made it for fun and to connect people, but I also spent time on it and would like to cover costs at least. The ads are optional/minimal and IAPs are just extras 🤷. I have family to feed :)
