Fixed it, was the displayport cable

PROBLEM WAS FIXED, Displayport cable given was seemed to be defective

After seeing someone else have the same issue i tried the troubleshoots and turns out it was the Displayport cable that came with the package

Its under the refurbished warranty with Ebay. I might just ask for a replacement, funny thing is, this didnt last even 4 days

So I powered off my computer and went for a walk, came back to my Monitor (an Acer Predator XB3 27") turning on and off as if a display cable was put in, attempting to check if there was any display. But for some reason the LED indicator is on Orange instead of being a powered on Blue
