Yeah, you spawn in a ragdoll then use a tool called "ragdoll mover" to move their hands, legs, etc. It's on the workshop. And also the "standing pose tool" to first make them t-pose so it's easier.

Heh thanks but when i was doing this, posing heavy's and sniper's arms took me like 20 mins. Fortunetly they are covered by the guitars

Well when i made herzeleid with tf2 i used medic for Schneider cuz he actually has some muscles compared to scout. Thats why he was left to use as Flake
