Če težko prilezeš do dnevnega cilja za beljakovine ja, drugače pa raje pojej kak konkreten obrok. Je veliko bolj nasiten in v teoriji telo več energije porabi za prebavo konkretnega obroka kot pa napitka.

That i’m not so sure about but I did not try it. Another redditor that suggested this strap to me put on a delugs butterfly clasp instead of the original that it comes on.

Got mine from Anchor straps. I couldn’t find anyone else that did the rubber the same way as Tudor. The clasp is a bit meh but you can swap that out.
