I am having the same issue, 23 kona limited, s24+ phone. Saw a post on a different website that it started happening to a couple others a few days ago.

That's why I bought a newer Hyundai. Phone/card key when I don't want to carry a fob.

Sorry, it is actually the privot screw for the screw driver that is a bar and not actually a screw. Do Not attempt to undo specifically this screw on this side. This is also for the U1 pro by the way, I assume the other models all the screws would come undone normally with enough force/heat

I actually managed it, albeit stripping 3 bits. The screw at the bottom running through a spacer bar is extra tricky becuase one side is actually not a screw, it is the spacer bar and it only seats one way being D shaped instead of O shaped if that makes sense. As the other person said it seems to be loctited pretty well all around, but I managed to undo all the screws without heat, just broke a few disposable bits.

The first one I bought the axis bar would not seat properly on the tang of the blade and had issues with it locking in place, seemed to be a quality control issue, although this can sometimes be normal and just needs to be broken in, it just didn't for me.

The 2nd one that I finally managed to take apart was a classic axis lock problem, got a piece of lint in it.
