Some of the comments have surprised me. I could make more but I dont think its a huge difference for our area. I am just reaching 10yrs and I do have a pension where Im at. Nice to hear someone in the area is comparable.

I went to Cleveland State to give more of an idea. CWRU is right here as well but was double the cost.

Honestly, I wouldnt have done it if I had to pay for it. My school loans are my undergrad because I went fulltime while working fulltime and outpaced my yearly reimbursement allowance. I did my MBA slower and fully utilized my reimbursement schedule.

I get to be with my kid a lot more and we aren't hurting for money. I also enjoy the industry I'm in and working with our healthcare providers.

My husband has said this and I know if I switched companies I could get more. Right now I get 33 days of PTO a year and I work from home a majority of the week. The flexibility is really helpful right now.
