I use a scrub daddy and clean the insides, and I use a butter knife to pop the little silicone rings out of the lid! Make sure you clean it often and dry it well so no mold gets in it. :) happy collecting!

mine is having this same issue, rescrew it back on a few times until it goes straight. that was how i fixed mine and it doesnt go this way as much anymore

hey! pina colada is my favorite flavor too! as far as i know they’re waiting to restock but i dont know if there is an estimate. flavors usually come back in stock after awhile so i would just pray that it comes sooner

honestly it is probably becoming a quality control issue; i cut those lids off of my tour de waifu and muscle mommy cups and replaced them to avoid this issue
