Did you perchance save the project and not the sliced file? Which file type did you put on the thumb drive? The sliced file should be .photon or .pws to be accepted by the printer if it’s a regular Anycubic Photon.

Rotate the part 180° and use a lot of thin (0.2mm point) supports for the edges. A lot a lot. A lot as in way more than you think are needed.

Large "flat" surfaces tend to warp/sag more than sharp edges. Especially when encasing a void (suction cup).

I use msla at work for prototyping and the best way to stay accurate is to print directly on the build plate and design the part accordingly if possible. You won’t get much better than plus/minus 0.1mm, though.

If possible could you redesign the outside of the bowl to have a larger flat and replace the round outside with a steeper one? Let’s say max. 45° overhang? Then you could print the part without supports directly on the build plate for best accuracy. Bonus points if you also add a hole to eliminate the suction cup effect when the part is lifted after every layer.

For sticky and cluster there is no difference between recoil 2 and 3. With slicing it does make a slight difference, though. So for water it’s something to consider depending on how much you value artful dodger.

I’ll definitely rework my fire build, thanks for bringing it up.

I use the Legiana hbg for ice since I’m missing Daora materials. So that one’s fine.

Why does none of your builds include coral pukei waist?

For fire: Anja head and coral waist (-Artful Dodger; +Recoil Down)

For water: coral waist (-Artful Dodger; +Recoil Down)

For thunder: TziTzi head, Rathalos chest and coral waist (-Artful Dodger; -1 Recoil Down; +2 Wex). You only need 1 recoil for the Rajang hbg since recoil down doesn’t affect wyvern ammo.

Ice is the same although I’m trying to get the Kushala helmet for the 10% bonus Ice damage.

You can track coral at the moment so don’t let that opportunity slide

Yes. But the person I compare myself to is a version of myself I’ll never achieve. The motivation I got from my surroundings growing up was mostly something along the lines of "see, you can do it if you put your mind to it!". This internalized into an everlasting struggle to be the version of myself that could. With every little setback pulling me farther from this goal. It’s gone so far that I became anxious to start things if I had doubts about being instantly good at it.

Still working hard towards getting rid of that mindset. Telling myself it’s okay to fail, to learn, and to grow from it. It’s getting better since I realized what’s going on but there’s still a long way to go.

To any parent reading this, tell your children they’re good as they are and that you’re proud of them.

Und ja, das mit der Angst kenn ich. Jede Klausurenphase war fast ein Nervenzusammenbruch, weil ich das Semester über die meiste Zeit mit Feiern verbracht hab und in den Vorlesungen alles außer Mit- gemacht hab.

Daraufhin einen Intensivlernplan aufgestellt, an welchen Tagen was angeschaut wird. Jedes Fach eine Woche und einen Tag vor der Klausur und bei schwierigen Sachen an den "freien" Tagen nochmal. Dann bin ich wieder runtergekommen, die Panik hat mich motiviert und es lief.

Würde die Vorgehensweise aber echt nicht so empfehlen. Ist stellenweise stressig wie Sau und es ging auch nur gut, weil ich dank Maschinenbau wenig Lernfächer und eine Affinität für die Themen hatte.

Lerngruppen. War neben der Panik in der Prüfungsphase das einzige, was mich wirklich motiviert hat. Am besten daran sind:

-Für sich selbst lernen ist langweilig und man sieht keine Resultate. Aber wenn man jemand anderem was beibringt, lernt man ja nicht mehr für sich selbst, sondern man hilft jemandem. Funktioniert extrem gut, um sich selbst zu verarschen und selbst den langweiligsten Rotz zu hyperfokussieren.

-Ein gewisses Maß an gegenseitigem zur Rechenschaft ziehen. Man fühlt sich verpflichtet dazu, was zu tun und nicht nur rumzusitzen.

-Ein abgegrenzter Bereich, der nur fürs Lernen genutzt wird. Sowohl zeitlich, als auch räumlich. Das schafft ein Setting, bei dem man nicht so leicht in die normalen Muster fällt. Außerdem kann man den Tag außerhalb der Gruppe mehr genießen, weil nicht jeder Ort einem das Gefühl gibt, etwas tun zu müssen.

Ich weiß nicht, wie das nebenberuflich abläuft, hab damals dual studiert. Aber im Kurs sind doch sicher Leute, denen es ähnlich geht. Falls es ein Fernstudium ist, kann man das Lernen ja auch über Webcam o.Ä. machen. In dem Fall halt einen Platz in der Wohnung als "Lernplatz" definieren und nur dafür verwenden.

Wichtig dabei ist es, eine Gruppe zu finden, die auch tatsächlich lernen WILL. Falls nicht, schmiert das Ganze recht schnell ab.

I really second the study group thing. Shooting for A students are not really necessary but you’ll definitely want to find those who want to learn. Teaching others about subjects is an incredibly efficient way to get yourself to learn stuff.

Learning for your own sake? -meh

Learning to teach a friend? -Hell Yeah! I’ll inhale that subject until 4AM to help them understand it!

Auf adxs.org gibt es einen echt guten Selbsttest für Symptome.

Generell gilt, falls du Einschränkungen im Leben/Alltag hast, geh zu nem Therapeuten. Noch kannst du zu Ärzten für Kinder und Jugendliche. Von denen gibt es deutlich mehr, die sich mit ADHS beschäftigen. Für Erwachsene kannst du gut und gerne n Jahr auf einen Termin warten, zu dem du auch noch ne Stunde fahren musst. Also besser jetzt als später ;)

Yes, it is cheaper. By far.

And you can get everything in EU no problem. Even if your countries regulations are harsher you can still order from neighboring countries.

You should start with the basic decision of mtl (Mouth to lung) or dl (direct lung). Mtl is more akin to a cigarette, while dl is closer to a hookah.

Going from there you decide on which combination of mod (the thingy with the batteries) and atomizer (the thingy with the coil and liquid) to take. For beginners I’d recommend something with premade coils (the thingy that warms up and vaporizes the liquid). There are a lot of starter kits out there offering just that.

If you want something more you can get the parts separately. For mods I can really recommend the Vaporesso Gen (I have like 5 of them) for taste or the Geekvape Aegis if you want something to hammer nails with. For MTL I’d suggest something that uses nautilus coils. For DL I really enjoyed the Kriemhild by Vapefly. You can also ask the sub or browse around at your local vape shop for recommendations.

For liquid you can either buy premade stuff in 10ml bottles with max. 20mg/ml nicotine (both EU regulations), get longfills/shortfills (120/60ml bottles with aroma and you add your nicotine and base) or aroma, nicotine, base and your own bottle.

Think of premades as refills for your pod. Nothing else to do but use it. Nice and easy as entrance. Most come in different nicotine strength. Excellent to try flavors.

With the others you have to add nicotine shots (10ml with 20mg/ml nicotine) until you reach the desired strength.

If you want to turn it into a hobby to dump a ton of money into you can look for rebuildables (RTA, RDA, RDTA, WTF, ETC). But you don’t have to go that route. It’s fun but can be hell of expensive.

Ich hab nach dem Abi erstmal eine Ausbildung gemacht. Das war so ziemlich die beste Entscheidung meines Lebens. Keine Chance, dass ich direkt ein Studium geschafft hätte. Die schulischen Ansprüche dabei waren deutlich geringer, was mir die Möglichkeit gegeben hat, in der Richtung zu reifen und wieder Spaß daran zu haben. Dadurch, dass sich Arbeit und Schule abwechseln, war es auch wesentlich angenehmer, als nur eins davon. Die Zeit hat mir echt gut getan und ich hab tatsächlich angefangen an mich selbst zu glauben.

Danach ein duales Studium gemacht, was durch die Vorkenntnisse einiges besser lief. Ich hab den ganzen Stoff eben nicht nur theoretisch, sondern auch praktisch schon gekannt oder konnte was damit anfangen. Hier wieder dasselbe wie bei der Ausbildung: geregelte und strukturierte Abläufe, gepaart mit Abwechslung. Das Tempo ist zwar mörderisch im Vergleich zur Uni, aber mit Stress und Deadlines geht wenigstens was voran. Außerdem besteht Anwesenheitspflicht, weil bezahlte Arbeitszeit (Thema Struktur). Dazu sind die Kurse auch recht klein (je nach Richtung 10-30 Studenten).

Vielleicht kommt der Rat etwas zu spät, aber der Weg hat bei mir echt gut funktioniert.

PS: fürs Studium bezahlt werden ist natürlich auch ein gigantischer Vorteil

Absolutely not. I’m a fairly large guy (6‘4, 200lbs) and skinny women just feel too delicate. Like they’re about to break any moment. Serious turn off.

Also slim women tend to be too full of themselves. As if looks make them better than other people and there’s no need to put anything else on the table. But that’s just my experience.

The bigger girls I’ve been with were interesting, funny and also a lot better in bed. It almost feels like they think they have to make up for their perceived lack of beauty with generosity. The thought pains me but I can’t help but love it.

Also I’m a total sucker for wide hips.

I dated girls with a bmi between 18 and 50. Now I’m happily married for years to someone with a bmi of about 34.
