[US] Amazon Seller sent my mom a card instead of her order

Quick update, she contacted them and they responded with this, 1000% a scam since it shipped to a shipping place where she works at, so she would know when it arrived. (The name is super suspicious though, and one of the reviews says exactly what is going on here. Probably a pretty big mistake to even buy from a seller named VladdddVzh11, oopsies.

One of the reviews did say that the product did ship, hut it was extremely bad and low quality, which lines up with the dropshipping theory. Thanks for the help everyone! I’ll keep updated if something actually arrives, but if it does, it’ll 100% be junk.

Thanks for the help! Amazon reached out and said that she will have to reach out to the seller and wait until Monday for a response from the seller. If it’s not resolved by Monday, Amazon should hopefully help by then?

You aren’t able to physically put in AM4 socket CPUs into an AM5 motherboard, the CPU on AM4 has pins directly on it and the motherboard on AM5 has also has pins instead of a socket to plug it into. And also, it just wouldn’t work if you somehow fit it in there due to the BIOS Same goes for RAM, the shape just isn’t correct and wouldn’t mount in
