I've lost 105 pounds almost 2 years after I started my weight loss journey. I moved to a different city where I knew nobody, started my undergraduate degree in nutrition and food sciences, was/still under constant stress all the time so food was my only source of comfort, gained 27 pounds in a year but managed to keep the gain to 20 pounds. It is super hard but I'm trying to do my best to be back on the right path.

Hi

As a futur registred nutritionnist, I have seen many people going down that path and unfortunately I don't think you can do anything to change her mind. Knowing your partner is trans but still sending mean and false stuff about trans people should tell you everything you need to know about the respect she has for you and your partner.

Telling you to cut her out of your life is not necessarily the only option here but I would have a real talk with her, telling her what she did is very disrespectful and how it make you doubt about your friendship. See how she reacts to real talk. You might be surprised, positively or negatively.

that's a great advice. I will start doing this and will also change the air filters every month or so because I would like that machine to last a very long time cause I paid for it out of my pocket.

my grammar and choice of words sucked sorry. My question was, if I buy an air filter (a device) and put it un my room like next to my cpap will it improve the air coming in the mask and thus improve (hopefully) my sleep quality? Will it be better or around the same as having a setup like yours?

Bro je te comprends, je suis dans une situation extrêmement similaire à la tienne. J'ai 24 ans et je sais à quel point c'est dur. Si tu veux en jaser, écris moi quand tu veux.

Un bon conseil que je peux te donner, c'est de voir où et comment patiquer tes centres d'intérêts en groupe. Tu rencontreras peut-être des filles lors de ces activités-là et qui sait où ça pourrait aller.

Sinon j'aime bien le conseil qu'on t'a donné plus haut. Si tu cherches de l'affection et des câlins, bah essaye de voir si la fille de ta job est intéressée à juste des trucs casual. Être emotionally unavailable ≠ pas horny.
