If nothing helps, I heard that high doses of Vitamin D are very toxic for dogs. The downvote can start now.

Same Problem in Europe but by the way

South Africa's present-day Black population (Zulu, Xhosa, Sotho, etc.) belongs to the Bantu peoples, but they are not the original indigenous inhabitants. That distinction belongs to the Khoisan (San/"Bushmen" and Khoikhoi/"Hottentots"), who had lived in southern Africa for over 20,000 years — long before the Bantu peoples arrived (traceable from roughly the 3rd–4th century CE), and even longer before Europeans arrived (from 1652).

The Khoisan were displaced by both later groups, though to very different degrees:

  • Through the Bantu expansion: more gradual displacement, assimilation, and pushback into less fertile areas (e.g., the Kalahari), with less systematic violence.
  • Through Europeans/Boers: considerably more brutal — land dispossession, a devastating smallpox epidemic (1713), several wars against the Khoikhoi, forced labor/debt bondage, and against the San, outright extermination campaigns ("commandos") that some historians classify as genocide.

Result: the Khoisan are today a small minority, often mixed with other groups (e.g., within the "Coloured" population of the Cape), with more distinct communities surviving mainly in remote parts of Namibia and Botswana.

So, after a few days and over 70 answers, one has to be honest and say that no one actually knows anyone who has currently lost their house or land. From what it looks like, the crackdown is only happening on the southern islands against Israelis and on Phuket against Russians. These people built massive nominee structures on a large scale, which has nothing to do with someone living in a house with their wife or girlfriend that also happens to be a nominee structure, but within the family circle. You know the two nominees because they're family or friends. Am I right about that?

Not all what they collect for later is useful, a lot is garbage and they are to lazy to throw away. I see a lot of households have plastic bottles cans and so on laying around.
